1.Incorporation of Business entities as per business clients’ specific needs and objectives such as OPC, Private Limited, Public Limited, Section 8, WOS, LLP, etc, and its conversation.

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
Today, all workplaces in India are mandated by law to provide a safe and secure working environment free from sexual harassment for all women. In 2013, the Government of India notified the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act (referred to as Act hereinafter). Consistent with the Vishaka judgment, the Act aspires to ensure women’s right to workplace equality, free from sexual harassment through compliance with the above-mentioned three elements.
